The Culinext Chocolate Melter uses a water-bath heating system to melt and hold couverture and compound chocolate at a controlled working temperature. Models are available with one, two or three removable pots for different production requirements.

Gentle Heating, Removable Pots and Easy Cleaning

The bain-marie heating system transfers heat gently through water, helping reduce the risk of direct scorching. Each removable SS304 pot includes a lid and can be removed for pouring and cleaning.
