The viral London Chocolate Strawberry recipe to be used in a chocolate dispenser. Unlike the home Recipes in Commercial setup the LCS Recipes have many challenges like the Chocolate will get hardened easily making it hard for the customers to eat with a spoon also the Chocolate will be hard to Flow through the machine . The Correct way for this is to make a Chocolate Ganache in the Dispenser rather than Just Chocolate  

Recipe 1-Chocolate Water Ganache

Servings - For 1kg chocolate

Equipments needed

Culinext Chocolate Strawberry Dispensor 

Electric kettle 

Steps 

1.Chop Morde Milk/Dark Chocolate to small Chunks and put it into the Dispenser 

2.Wait till the Chocolate is completely melted 

3. Heat the water upto 60 degrees and add the whole water of 500gms in 5 steps . After adding each 100ml wait till it’s completely mix with chocolate . If you are feeling that the chocolate is getting hardened then add more water to dilute finally when the whole 500gms is poured wait for 5 minutes and make sure that not water stays above the chocolate

4. Now add butter in 2 parts same as how you have added water and wait 5 minutes it’s dissolved completely 

5. Now you can see that the chocolate flow has increased.

6. Add Strawberries into the cup and hold under the flow and fill till brim and serve with a wooden spoon
